Wellness built on community, not a diagnosis

Right Mind is a nonprofit where the people running programs live in the same neighborhoods they serve. No referrals, no clinical gatekeeping—just practical support and honest conversation.

/ Why we exist

Talking about stress honestly, not fixing broken people

Right Mind started because Ohio families needed a place to talk about real stress—work, kids, money, isolation—without being handed a clinical label. We reduce stigma by treating mental wellness as a shared, everyday practice.

Our workshops begin with coffee and open conversation. Volunteers who grew up here lead them. Partnerships with local schools, faith communities, and neighborhood organizations keep us rooted.

Resilience isn't a solo act

Knowing who to turn toward is the skill. Our programs build that skill through small group workshops, peer-led conversations, and consistent community touchpoints—not one-time events.

Volunteers here aren't extras—they're the program. Neighbors trained in facilitation, youth mentors from the same schools, parents who've been through our family wellness sessions and came back to lead them.

Show up. No referral needed.

Whether you want to attend a workshop, volunteer your time, or bring Right Mind to your community—the door is open. Every program runs on the people who choose to show up.
